Your music.
A whole spectrum.
Chromatify is a free Spotify colors and music aura generator. It turns your top tracks and their album artwork into a personal color palette you can save and share with friends.
How your Spotify colors are made
Connect Spotify, choose a time frame, and generate your aura. Chromatify reads your top tracks for the last month, the last six months, or all time. It extracts colors from the album artwork behind those songs and blends them into your music aura.
The result includes a flowing color sleeve, a creative aura name, and your top three colors. Each swatch keeps its exact hex value, so you can copy a color you like. Your top tracks appear alongside the palette, with artwork and links back to Spotify.
What is a music aura?
A music aura is a visual way to explore your listening taste. In Chromatify, the colors come from the artwork of the music you return to. Bright covers, darker artwork, and softer tones each contribute to the mix.
Your aura has its own creative name, separate from the names of the individual colors. A different time frame or a change in your top tracks can reveal another side of your music palette. Come back when your listening changes to see a new color story.
Share your music colors with friends
Save a portrait aura image for a story or message, or copy a public aura link. Friends can open the link to see your music aura, color palette, and featured tracks without connecting Spotify.
Compare your Spotify colors with a friend's palette, pass along a track that explains your mix, or keep an image as a snapshot of what you have been listening to. Image sharing, download, and copy-link options let you choose where your aura goes.
Find your colors
Chromatify works in your browser on phones and larger screens. It starts in dark mode, with a light-mode toggle if you prefer. Connect through Spotify, choose a time frame, and make your aura. Use Disconnect in the header when you want to end the connection on that browser.
